• User Content: Your favorites, generated names, portraits, pronunciations, and generation history are stored securely on our servers (Cloudflare D1) to enable cross-device access.
• Payment Data: When you purchase credits, payment is processed by Creem (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card information. We receive order confirmations and store purchase history in your account.
• Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect usage data such as page views, device type, browser, approximate location, and interaction events. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users and sessions. This data helps us understand how our Service is used and improve it.

• Authentication cookies: Essential cookies to maintain your login session. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function.

• Google Gemini API: AI name generation. Your generation parameters are sent to Google for processing.
• fal.ai: AI portrait and voice generation. Character descriptions are sent to fal.ai for processing.
• Creem: Payment processing (Merchant of Record). Handles billing, taxes, and compliance.

5. Data Retention

Account data and user content are retained as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months). Payment records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
